Spring Show 2017
Eligibility and Requirements
Any artist 18 or older and living within 100 miles of Lima is eligible to participate. Artists may submit up to three original works into the following categories: painting, drawing, printmaking, photography, ceramics, sculpture, textiles, digital art and mixed media. Work must have been completed within the last three years and not previously exhibited at ArtSpace/Lima. All work must be properly presented (i.e., framed, matted, wired). No sawtooth hangers.
A non-refundable entry fee of $25.00 for ArtSpace/Lima members and $30.00 for non-members enables an artist to enter up to three works. Cash or checks made payable to ArtSpace/Lima are required during intake.
Intake: April 5, 6, and 7 from 10 am - 5 pm and April 8 from 10 am - 2 pm. Any other time of delivery must be approved in advance by ArtSpace/Lima. Artists are responsible for shipping to and from ArtSpace/Lima as well as insurance prior to receipt. Deliver entries to: ArtSpace/Lima, 65-67 Town Square, Lima, Ohio 45801.

Award for Painting - $125
The People’s Choice Award - $100 (chosen by polling guests)
Judging & Notification of Entry
This will be a juried exhibit; entry does not guarantee exhibition. Decision of the jurors is final. Please indicate on your entry your preferred method of contact. If you wish notification through US mail please bring a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Email and phone notifications no later than Friday, April 15. US mail notifications postmarked that day. Please do not call ArtSpace/Lima for jury results.
Salon de refuses
Entries not juried into the show are eligible for further jurying for inclusion in a Salon de refuses, to be mounted in ArtZone. Please indicate your willingness to participate in this Salon by marking YES or NO on the Entry Form.
ArtSpace/Lima will deduct a 30% commission on all sales made during the Spring Show. Artwork must be priced accordingly and sale prices should be marked clearly on entry forms. If your artwork is not for sale, please indicate an insurance value or the work will not be insured while on exhibit.
Delivering an entry to this exhibition shall constitute agreement with all conditions in this prospectus. Fill out all paperwork clearly and legibly. Print or type only. Labels should be attached to the upper left hand corner on the back of each entry. For other questions call 419-222-1721.
