Hi, Here is a tip to make some low fat “Ice Cream” from nonfat whipped cream, that tastes super. Let a 12 ounce container of Cool Whip Fat Free whipped topping defrost in the refrigerator (about 6-8 hrs). When the FF Cool Whip is about an hour or so away from being defrosted set a 1 pint container of ice cream out to thaw. Once the ice cream (vanilla and chocolate have about 7 grams of fat per serving of which there are 4 in a pint) is thawed yet still cold, put the FF Cool Whip in a bowl and slowly fold in the ice cream until it is well mixed, keep the folding time to a minimum as it will reduce the volume. Put the mixture back into the Cool Whip and ice cream containers and put them into the freezer until they are frozen solid. The taste is very good but the fat content is much less. I haven’t tried any of the fancier flavors of ice cream yet. Michael
